📋 Travel rules

1. Respect everyone on the trip and the VG Tours team. Aggression, harassment and physical contact without consent are not tolerated.

2. Punctuality: the vehicle leaves at the stated time. Anyone who is not there loses their spot, with no refund.

3. Nothing illegal on the trip. Do not bring, use or board under the influence of drugs or illegal substances (including cannabis, even if it is legal where you live), and do not bring firearms, ammunition, knives or other bladed weapons, explosives, fireworks or any other item prohibited by law, in the vehicle, the lodging or the activities (except the kitchen utensils VG brings to the campsite). Controlled medication only with your prescription, in its original container. Anyone who arrives drunk does not board. No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. There are checkpoints by the authorities on the road, and one person's items can stop the whole group: anyone who breaks this rule does not board or ends their trip there (rule 6), with no refund, and if there is a crime we notify the authorities. Alcohol only where the itinerary allows it, and in moderation.

4. Minors must always travel with a responsible adult.

5. Any damage to the vehicle, the lodging or the facilities is paid for by whoever causes it.

6. VG Tours may end the service for anyone who breaks these rules: this is done at a safe place and after notifying their emergency contact; the trip back is at their own expense and there is no refund. VG Tours reserves the right to refuse service on future trips.

7. During the trip we take photos and video for VG Tours' use. If you prefer not to appear, let us know when you board.

8. To board: your fare paid in full and these rules signed by each person on the trip, with an emergency contact.
