Pick a trip, click "Reserve my spots" and pay the deposit shown on that trip (US$50 per person on our trips priced in dollars). Your deposit counts toward your fare; it's not an extra charge.

48 hours from the moment you reserve; your reservation page shows the exact deadline. If you miss it, message us on WhatsApp before reserving again.

If the group doesn't reach the minimum by the booking deadline, the trip doesn't run and we refund everything you paid, using the same method you paid with.

No. You pay from your reservation page, which opens when you reserve (you can also find it under Look up my reservation with your code and phone number): it has PayPal and the bank transfer details. We will never ask for your card details or passwords in a chat. Only pay to the account shown on your reservation page.

Yes. With PayPal you can pay in US dollars, Canadian dollars or Mexican pesos, and we don't charge anything extra for paying with PayPal. You'll always see the amount in pesos too.

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can: we look at each case with you. If the trip doesn't run, we refund everything. Anyone who isn't there at departure time loses their spot, with no refund (rule 2 of the travel rules).

Nothing illegal: no drugs (including cannabis, even if it's legal where you live), and no firearms, ammunition, explosives or fireworks, in the vehicle, the lodging or the activities. There are checkpoints on the road, and one person's items can stop the whole group. Please read rule 3 of the travel rules. Alcohol only where the itinerary allows it, and in moderation.

Yes, always with a responsible adult (rule 4 of the travel rules). Check each tour's rating: rating B is for ages 12 and up, and rating C is adults only (18+).

No, pets don't come on our trips.

Yes. When you reserve, you accept the travel rules, and before boarding each person signs them on paper with an emergency contact.
